Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate!

The most important thing I can recommend after any

session, is to stay hydrated! When we do lymphatic drainage or cupping we release stored toxins and cellular debris within our muscle fibers and fascia. The release of these can sometimes bog down our body systems. Some people can feel nauseous, tired or even experience hot flashes, chills, or cold sweats. By staying hydrated, you can help your body process this extra lymph.

Some things you want to avoid for 4-6 hours after your session:

Swimming and hot tubs

No strenuous exercise

Saunas

Alcohol

Hot showers
